The hospitals are seizing themselves up for rich foreign patients, who cannot be adequately cared for in their home countries due to poor health systems. Negative consequences: The urgently needed money is lacking in the countries of origin to improve their own health care. And even if the own (Nigerian) president does not trust his health care system, how should the own population build up the necessary trust?
